We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team at PT Era Mitra Perdana. As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in Installation, maintaining and repairing and ensuring the smooth operation of our Medical Device and Laboratory Equipments. This is a full-time position based in East Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
- Perform installation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of our Medical Device and Laboratory equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime
- Repair and replace faulty components as required
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of our systems
What we're looking for
- Degree in Electromedic/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the maintenance and repair of Medical Device and Laboratory Equipments
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
